Matilda Youth Auditions
AUDITIONS FOR MATILDA THE MUSICAL WILL BE MAY 27 AT 6:00 AT THE HIGH SCHOOL AUDITORIUM.
PERFORMANCES WILL BE AUGUST 7-9.
REHEARSAL DAYS WILL BE MONDAY, TUESDAY, AND THURSDAY IN THE EVENINGS!
THE COST TO BE INVOLVED WILL BE $50.00

This year, in order to be considered for a children’s role, ALL 3rd through 8th graders MUST audition (this includes those who only want to be in the ensemble)! We will only be able to cast around 20 children.

Auditions for Beauty and the Beast
This year’s MACC youth (3rd through 8th grade) drama production will be Beauty and the Beast! There are lots of fun parts, and we would love to have you be involved. If you want to be considered for a main part, please be prepared to sing a song (ANY song is just great!) and either read or have memorized something to say (could be a poem, something from a book or a play, or something that you’ve made up!). If you want to be in the ensemble (few or no lines or solo singing), you just need to come and fill out paperwork. Rehearsals will be Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00-7:30, and Friday mornings from 9:30-11:00. Performances will be Thursday-Saturday, Nov 14, 15, and 16.

How-to! Instructor Vanessa Trout will guide students through 12 steps to draw the correct proportions of a face!
Summer Art Class 3
Learn how to make a beaded stretch bracelet using a variety of beads, charms, and gemstones with instructor Stephanie Hanson.
Summer Art Class 2
Dive into abstract art by making a Joan Miro inspired paper collage with instructor Nancy Richardson.
Summer Art Class 1
Draw a dreamy Georgia O'Keeffe Santa Fe Landscape with chalk pastels with instructors Ella Slaugh, Brynna Tafoya, and Shana Holliday.
Mamma Mia Auditions
Auditions for the Community Theater production of Mamma Mia. If you would like to be considered for a lead role, please have come with a song and a reading prepared. If you would like to be involved in the Ensemble, there is no audition requirement but you still need to fill out the audition sheet. Fee: $35
